Summer Update

Your printers will need to be added to your PC / laptop as they now reside on a new server. Instructions are here
http://sv11/web_training_site/uniflow/uniflow-index.htm To avoid confusion it would be a good idea to remove the old ones. You can do this by right clicking on the printer and selecting delete.

School e mail can be accessed from Internet Explorer favourites. If you use Microsoft Outlook on your laptops it will need to be re-configured as follows:

If you have opened Outlook please close it.

Click on Start, Control Panel (settings), Mail, select E-Mail accounts select view or change existing accounts. Click next, highlight the entry under “name” select change and in the entry for Microsoft Exchange Server replace the existing entry with sv03 and select check name. After a few seconds or indeed minutes your name will appear underlined which means the process has been successful. Click on next, finish and then close.
You can now open Outlook as normal.

Down time

The network is now almost complete and there is no more proposed down time.

E mail is now working and available from home. The address is the same as before and there is a link on rgsinfo.net

E Portal is now working except for the day prior to exam results.

File access from home is not currently configured but files are available from within School
